Not at all! Our classes are designed for all levels, and our instructors offer modifications so you can move at your own pace — whether you’re a beginner or seasoned pro.
Just bring yourself, comfortable workout clothes, and a water bottle. We provide mats and props, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
You can book classes directly through our website or studio app. Simply choose your class, reserve your spot, and you’re good to go!
We kindly ask for at least 6 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a class. This allows others to take your spot and helps us keep things running smoothly.
